Today, more than ever, people are buying large tracts of land for their private recreational use. Often the owner wants to have a private place to view and/or
hunt wildlife in addition to using the land as a home site. Tracts of land as small as a few acres can be enhanced for wildlife as well as parcels of several thousand acres.
Wildlife management on private property entails developing the land to support the needs of wildlife. This may require the development of food plots, timber management and hunting
requirements. The needs of wildlife depends on the type of
animals the land owner wants to support, the capabilities of the land to support these animals and the specific end uses of the wildlife desired by the landowner.
AMERICAN AQUATICS is
experienced in developing wildlife management plans. We will conduct an onsite inspection of the property and interview the owner. This allows us to assess the current status of
the property and learn the needs of the landowner. With this information we will develop a detailed management plan to meet the needs of the landowner.
We have successfully
developed wildlife management plans for tracts as large as 4000 acres. The management plan for your property is based on the current status of the property and your individual
requirements.
You may want to hunt trophy deer, waterfowl, quail, small game and turkeys, view songbirds, or just provide more opportunities to see a variety of wildlife.
Likely you have a combination of these and other requirements. That is why your management plan is tailored to your
needs. We can develop a wildlife management plan that is intensive with fast results or we can use a slower approach. We base our plan on what you want to do with your property.
Our staff of professional wildlife biologists have many years experience working with a variety of situations. They can readily assist you in developing your land into the
wildlife haven that you want.
